Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before accessing or using the TutorLearningHub Platform, Website, or Services.
Table of Contents
TutorLearningHub is an online education platform connecting Students with Tutors and Institutes for online and offline learning across a wide range of subjects and skill categories.
Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the Platform — including downloading or posting content — you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, whether or not you are a registered Member.
Right to Modify
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Platform without prior notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
Member
Any registered person — Student, individual Tutor, or Institute.
Student
Registered to find/engage a Provider. For minors, the parent or legal guardian.
Provider
Member registered as Tutor or Institute to offer teaching services.
Partner Provider
Teaches exclusively online using the TutorLearningHub Platform.
Non-Partner Provider
Uses any video platform of choice or teaches face-to-face.
Coins
Platform's internal virtual currency used to respond to student enquiries.
Payment Link
Secure payment request generated by a Provider through the Platform.
Membership Plans
Free or paid subscription plans granting Providers platform access and benefits.
Platform Licence
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence is granted to access the Platform for its intended purposes only. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
Age Requirement
The Platform is available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Persons under 18 may only access through a parent or legal guardian's account.
- All uploaded information must be true, complete, and accurate.
- Content posted must be your original work with copyright owned by you.
- Collecting contact info of Members for spam or solicitation is strictly prohibited.
- No automated tools, bots, scrapers, or third-party software may be used.
- Creating accounts through automated means or fraudulent pretences is prohibited.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the Platform.
⚠ The Company operates solely as an intermediary platform. It is not liable for the actual delivery of tutoring services. Use the Platform at your own risk after conducting due diligence.
Clause 3.2.2 — Intermediary
The Company makes no guarantee regarding the proficiency, skills, or conduct of any Provider. While a screening process exists, Students must conduct their own independent verification.
Clause 3.2.3 — Fees
The Company has no control over the fees charged by any Provider, nor any changes to such fees.
Clause 3.2.5 — Licences
It is your responsibility to verify that the tutor holds all necessary permits and authorisations required by local law. TutorLearningHub shall not be responsible for any non-compliance.
🚫 All payments through TutorLearningHub Payment Links are non-refundable. Never pay a Partner Provider directly outside the Platform — no refunds or remedies will be provided for off-platform transactions.
Forfeiture Period
6 mo.
If classes not completed within 6 months, remaining fee balance is forfeited.
Free Replacement
90 days
100% free tutor replacement available within 90 days of payment.
Refund Cancellation Fee
≤30%
Applied if refund requested within 30 days of payment or last class.
Replacement SLA
7 days
If no replacement found in 7 days, balance credit or partial refund offered.
Clause 3.3.3 — Online Classes
If you opt to attend online classes with a Partner Provider, you agree to attend exclusively on the TutorLearningHub Platform. The Company bears no liability for classes conducted outside the Platform.
- Must have legal capacity and all required qualifications to register as a Provider.
- Registered as independent freelancers — not employees of the Company.
- All credentials submitted must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Services must be performed professionally to meet student quality expectations.
- Membership Plan and advertising package payments are non-refundable.
- Home tuition agencies or competitor-similar organisations may not register.
📋 GST & TCS Policy: If aggregate annual turnover exceeds ₹20,00,000 (or ₹10,00,000 in specified states), GST registration is mandatory. A TCS of 1% will be deducted on each transaction.
Clause 3.4.11 — Copyright
Training content uploaded by you remains yours. The Company will not use it commercially without your permission. Any plagiarised content will be removed and you bear sole legal liability.
- May purchase Coins via Membership Plans or top-up packages ("Buy Coins").
- Coins are valid for the duration specified in the plan — they expire with the plan.
- Expired Coins cannot be restored. No Membership Plan fees are refundable.
- Advertising package payments (Sponsored Listings, Banners, Lead Packages) are non-refundable.
- Upon responding to an enquiry, the Student's contact details are shared and Coins deducted.
Coin refunds are processed only via automated eligibility checks. No manual refund requests will be entertained by the Customer Support Team or any representative of the Company.

Payment & Settlement
Clause 3.6.2 — Escrow & Settlement
All fees collected from Students are deposited in an Escrow Account. Settled weekly or monthly after deducting the applicable Transaction Fee, proportional to classes completed relative to total classes promised.
Clause 3.6.2.6 — Forfeiture
If a Student discontinues and does not return for 6 or more months, the remaining fee balance for undelivered classes shall be forfeited by TutorLearningHub.
Conduct Guidelines
- Use only Payment Links generated through the Platform — no outside payments.
- All communication with Platform-acquired Students must be via Platform channels only.
- Never miss a booked demo. Cancellation must happen at least 3 hours in advance.
- Missing a booked demo without 3-hour notice triggers a Coin deduction.
- All interactions (messages, calls, demos, classes) are recorded and monitored.
Suspension & Termination Policy
🚫 More than 5 account suspensions at any point results in permanent termination. Each suspension is 7 days per violation.
- Sharing personal contact info with Students via any Platform channel → Suspension.
- Sharing links that redirect Students to pay outside the Platform → Suspension.
- Failing to report within 24 hours a Student who tries to pay off-platform → Suspension.
- Accepting any future payment from a Platform-acquired student outside the Platform → Immediate permanent suspension.
- Conducting obscene, illegal, misleading, or harassing classes → Immediate permanent removal.
Platform Content Ownership
All content created by TutorLearningHub is its exclusive intellectual property. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction or derivative works without prior written authorisation.
Prohibited Content (4.1)
You must not host, display, upload, modify, publish, or share content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, IP-infringing, unlawful, impersonating, or threatening to national security. The Company reserves the right to remove any such content.
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for your interactions and content posted on the Platform. The Company may monitor and remove content it considers objectionable at its sole discretion.
For Partner Providers
🔄 14-Day Free Replacement or Full Refund: If a Student is unsatisfied, TutorLearningHub provides a free replacement. If no replacement is available, a no-questions-asked full refund is issued — provided the request is made within 14 days of commencing classes.
- Zero-tolerance policy for any misconduct complaint from a Student.
- No abusive, racist, or discriminatory communication of any kind.
- Professional appearance and conduct during all video sessions required.
- No communication that promotes social unrest or is unacceptable under applicable law.
- Complaint-related suspensions range from 7 days to permanent termination.
For Students
Misconduct Consequences
If a Student is found guilty of misconduct — including defamatory, harassing, obscene, or illegal conduct — it may result in immediate removal from the course and/or permanent removal from the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind — express or implied. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
6.1 — Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, goodwill, or data — resulting from use of or inability to use the Platform, even if informed of such possibility.
6.2 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TutorLearningHub and all its representatives from all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses — including legal fees — arising from your breach of Terms, misuse of content, IP infringement, or inaccurate information submitted.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics, government lockdowns, acts of God, war, terrorism, or any cause beyond its reasonable control.

9. Use Outside India
Clause 9
Accessing the Platform from territories where its content is deemed illegal is strictly prohibited. Users outside India do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
10. Miscellaneous
- Governing Law: Indian law — Indian Contract Act 1872, IT Act 2000 and related rules.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy = complete agreement between you and the Company.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
- Termination: Company may terminate access without prior notice for any breach.
- Notices: All notices sent in English to the registered email address.
